Am I really the only one in 818? Seems like all you guys are way east or way south of me. Except for JOECBR in Oxnard, which is way west. And Duckorbleed who works out here. Yeesh!
Anyway, newbie rider on a red F4. Just got new tires! Man, even a newbie can feel the difference!
I just found the forum yesterday... look at all the group rides I missed out on.

I commute to work all the way to Canoga Park as well. I have a few friends that also ride (a few GSXR's and a Ducati 750 SS). We usually ride around the SFV.
It would be cool to meet up with a few locals.

I've ridden by the Rock Store but never been in or really stopped by. I have been to the Rock Inn up in the Lake Hughes area. That place has great sandwiches. Mmm... sandwiches. There are a couple of really, really nice roads up there, too. It's just kind of far from everyone... ~45 miles north of the SFV or so. Though most of that is nice and twisty.
