ok first of all, we ride as a group, we respect everyone and their speed/ability.
we never leave anyone behind
this is not a novice road.....it is a mountain road that is easy to ride...as long as you take it at your own speed. be safe first and foremost. i/we don't want any kind of accidents on our rides.

this group of guys rides well together at different speeds and has fun REGARDLESS of the speeds. its just cool riding with other like minded peeps.

We probably passed each other a hundred times on Palomar. Now I'm in Texas riding with some great people but Angeles Crest and Palomar are missed. Even Ortega was fun but there were too many squids riding it, crossing the double yellow..I hated that crap.

I've ridden bicycles to the top of Palomar as well. That's a tough ride. I've been riding up there since the 80's as well. I moved to SoCal in '84 to work at the Rockwell Space Division in Downey. Rode a Kawi GPZ750 Turbo back then, 100 HP death machine.
