difference between cbr1000rr cali-version and the "normal us version 08/09

im trying to get a couple of cbr´s here to germany 08 models
and would like to know if there is a big difference in HP due to emissions of the caliversion?
cause i would prefer the caliversion cause of emissionlaws and inspection here in germany!!!
