i am curious, ive read other post about this and would like to know if i need the clear coat on top ofthe white? i am interested in a similar look to the white found on older cbr rims. also how much time do you need to do this. aprox. how much is shipping to/from jacksonville florida 32277 area code? i will try and get my old tires off soon.Thank you for a response.

 

Short answer is no.

The requirement for clearcoat is dictated by the powder properties, not necessarily the color. Clear-coat never hurts for durability though. [8D]
