how much per bolt and does is change the size so much that i would not be able to get an allen wench in to fit i am looking to do about 50 bolts

 

Bolts i usually charge about $1 each. WIth an allen head shouldnt be a problem, its hex bolts etc that there would be a problem.

 

So if I sent you my passenger pegs and bolts you can coat the factory bolt heads and the powdercoat wont cause any problems with the allen wrench fitting into the bolt? Seems like it would fill in the space or chip off when you reinstall?

 

Should be fine, might need to force the allen key in a little. When i do bolts i go a little thinner. I have done a bunch for customers with no problems...only hex heads cause problems.
