so what did you think of Putnam. I have been thinking about coming up to do some track days, but several people tell me its not tht great.You seemed to be leaned over on the right side, alot, compared to the left side?

 

That was my 4th track day at Putnam. I like it there but I don't have much to compare it to(I only live an hour away). One good thing about Putnam is the run of area. The only bad spots are in 9 and 10. everywhere else is endless grass. I have done Mid-Ohio twice and love that track but that's it.Putnam isa high speed track and will eat some tire's. As to the lean, I do more knee dragging on my left side than my right. It may look like I favor the right because there are several more right's than lefts. I was going to try Autobahn but have not heard any good things on the track surface. I might be doing Nashville in Aug. Not sure what kind of track it is.

Just got back from putnam and had a blast.This was my first trackday and spent the entire weekend in the novice class,but the last session of sunday the coach riders let me and two other guys run free.We had a blast and the coach riders said they were havin a blast watchin us run told us we were ready for intermediate.

nice! i was going to do the 9th and 10th and do some races but i figuredit be to much of a tease since id prob only be able to do those races all year . im getting married in sept and we are paying for it all on our own . so this year no races for me but just means ill have to make up for it next year. what class are you running? bunch of my buds should be up there that weekend . damn already wishing i was there
