Default Weight Liftin annd Stunting

Hey do you guys do any special weight routines/workouts for stunting? Got my bike now so as I learn to ride and get the feel for it, I would like to spend some time getting ready to stunt by lifting weights if it helps...

Benching 300+lbs so you can lift the bike back up when you drop it, and a lot of jumping exercises so that you can bail quickly when you lose control of the bike

bahahahaa

well i spend about 2-3 hours in the gym everyday and i could tell u that i have much better endurance then my friends who ride (they always complain about their back, arms, and neck hurting, but when it comes to stunting... you let the bike do the work for you.

the only thing that is going to help you become a better stunter is practice. i havent been to a gym in over 2 yrs. and i spend hours at the spot almost every day. dropping your bike 10 times and picking it back up, that is a workout right there. nice bike too, make sure you put a cage on that thing so it doesnt get destroyed before you even get started.

And yes once I am done with inspection, registration, and getting a license, I will be getting a cage for it
