WEll in case none of you have heard yet, there is a proposed law that if passed next year, cops will be able to take your bike for speeding 30 mph above the posted speed limit. That means you get to pay on it till it's paid off but someone else will be riding it, after they buy it from the state. Is that worth the risk? If anybody doesn't believe this i will be happy to forward it to your email address. Wanna go fast? Take it to a track for your own good.

Is this a federal law proposal or state?

i've maxed my old 04 750 out. on some back roads in tx....

and about that law...its a state thing.......30 or so mph overcan beconsidered wreckless driving and they can arrest u and take ur bike. but one of my buddies is a state trooper and he's says theres no specific mph over that says u have to go to jail, its basiclly up to the cop that pulls u over. if he wants to be a dick and arrest u or just give u a hella exp. ticket.
