yup you will go down. that same day when my friend rode in San Fransico, he went down trying to jump to the tank from the seat. his bike actually found its way up a curb and continued rolling on the sidewalk until in collided with a planter and did a front flip back into the street. be careful when you are out there. and take it slow.

So are you shifting to Neutral before standing, or leaving it in gear? I always shift to neutrual, just wondering what others out there are doing

at a stunt spot, ill hit it into neutral. when im out in the streets i turn the idle up.

So you just have the throttle set high? No throttle lock or anything?

no throttle lock. just turn the idle up (located above the left rear set, poking out of the fairing) about a 1/4 turn is enough to keep you going.

I've always kept my in gear..i'll have to try the idle thing sounds like a good idea...

just be careful with it! my friend went down and his bike crashed into a planter and screwed his bike up bad. if you fall off, she will keep going until she hits something....
