RE: stand ups
yeah, i've been told slow stunts are ALOT harder to control - but remember if you master your throttle and brake control like that, it makesroad wheelies seem like kid's games.
Just get ready to drop the bike when doing slower stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CogrNl6LeSQ(i suggest investing into a stunt bike)

RE: stand ups
Wheelies are easy to learn, and hard to master.

I'm working on slowing way down these days. I want idle within the next few months, so I can start working on the bad-***-looking tricks.
Don't skip steps!

RE: stand ups
iv'e always wondered how they did idles (when they do like no hander circles and everything)... i was thinking they had a throttle lock grip but totally forgot about the idle control on the bike. Gonna have to play around with it now [8D]
and the vids are pretty sick pixel - short but pretty sweet anyways

if you can ride a wheelie and want to learn idle it shouldnt take you more than a week or 2 to get it. get in a lot and turn the idle to 3k and clutch it up at almost a stop. and ride!

Maybe it's because I'm nursing a healing leg... but I think from where I'm at, to having it on point is still about 2 months away. A month at the earliest. August 2nd would be nice... that's the anniversery of me shattering my leg practicing. =)
I think if my leg was 100% I'd just ***** it up and do it... but REALLY don't want to crash right now.
So for now I just do what I can, and try to get slower and slower... I'm close tho.
