pocket bike guys
Any of you ever hear of the X18 Superbikes? I picked one up tonight for a good price, free and it's new. Took it for a test ride to see what it's got and it picked the front wheel up (by accident) with me on it in 2nd. It's listed as street legal in most states... don't know about that.. it's listed as 65+ mph but I don't think I'd take it out in traffic. Here's a pic of one like it, different colors but I'm thinking of painting it as a motogp replica. Why paint? One of the reasons I got it free was because it was dropped on its side and shattered the cheap plastic. The guy selling them was sent the wrong color as replacement (dropped in shipping) so he gives up on the company he's buying from... he just wanted out.

Tap the button and it starts up everytime and runs great. I don't believe, wait, I know it will not do 65 mph or 70 mph they claim unless you have a 100 mph tail wind, 60 feet of sails and at least a 40 degree down hill..... but it will do around 40ish. I will try to use my GPS and see the actual MPH one of these days. Winter is here so it's 70s one day and 20s the next.
