The higher the bike is pointing the less you need to lean back. I try to pull the nose up as high as possible so I have less strain on my arms and... my chest is closer to the nose of the bike. Leaning back just makes the nose have to be down further to be at the balance point. Other wise you are going to tip over. I am at the balance point in this picture... I was also doing about 65 and it lasted for about 2 miles

(I paused a the video and took a picture of the screen by the way. Thats why it is so blurry)
