Default Is this a good stunt bike?

I have a friend that is selling a 2000 Yamaha YZF-R1 for a pretty good price. 3000 bucks.

I'm just wondering if anyone has streetfightered one of these, and if it is worth me picking up.

Things I'm not sure about.
1. Not fuel injected. Does this cause any problems with learning slow stuff? Or is my money best spent on a fuel injected bike?
2. Has a wide ***. It seems like the plastics are in the way of putting your foot on the rear peg.
3. Welded sub-frame. Any problems with cracking this area?
4. Choke on the left grip. Any problems with getting a hand brake worked into this area?

Well, that's all I can think of for now.

Let me know your thoughts or experiences on this!

you can always take off ur controls for the handbrake...or relocate teh choke and/or controls.

the subframe will crack no matter what if u loop, otherwise, its not gonna just fall apart. infact, the welding might have even reinforced it makin it stronger. don't know about it not being fi for wheelies but itll stop u from rollin looong(over 100ft) endos.

overall, if its in good condition, 3k is worth it.

Yeah, I'm still leaning towards an f4i. They just seem to be hard to get ahold of for a good price. Everyone wants one lol.

Will probably pass on the R1.
