Default carbureted vs. fuel injected for stunting

Hey, I have an f2 and since i have no plastics or anything, I will be making it a streetfighter/stuntbike.

For those of you with carbureted stuntbikes, is the trottle response good enough when doing very slow stunts?

is a really good carb sync/tune necessary?
