When I get good enough to start doing things on the tank :P Probably not gonna happen till next season to be honest. Then I can do a paint and powdercoat over the winter.

Went out to the lot yesterday and got some practice in. I ended up launching the bike towards the end and destroyed my clip on, cracked my upper and the broke the cage sliders. Still not bad for seeing my bike flying through the air.

Damn! Are you alright though? Doesn't look like it will be too hard to fix, just expensive...

Oh yeah I'm fine, it was a stupid mistake that could have been fixed by pulling in the clutch but I panicked. I just ordered 4 new vortex bars lol

Hindsight is always 20/20 right? The best way to learn, is from your mistakes, just make sure you don't hurt yourself in the process! Did you rig up a rear handbrake?

No rear handbrake yet. I'm trying to learn proper footbrake control before I setup a handbrake. It's baby steps for me :P

I guess now that the bike is built, this can be used as a progress/**** I break on my bike thread.

Great build man, I have been debating on turning my RR into a stunt bike. If you don't mind me asking, how much money have you spent so far?

I'm from northwest NJ, near Clinton. And I have spent quite a bit on everything so far.

I bought the bike unmodified for $2400

Then the parts were about $1500 or so? Something like that.
