clutch cable
hi dose anyone know whats the best clutch cable to use on my cbr900rrt that I streetfighterd it and put renthal bars 0n so the original clutch cable was to short done this ten years ago i have been using universal cables with screw nipples but they dont seem to last long they snap or come undone then the cable is hard to get back over nipple as its then fraid i only ride summer time probably only 5000 miles in ten years had to change clutch cable around five times and obviously always snaps when you are ways from home so im sure that there must be a naked bike out there that would have the similar set up like maybe cb900/cb1000 a factory made clutch cable rather than a made up one if anyone can help thanks

Hi jmp welcome to the forum,
Please take a moment and pop over to the new member area to introduce yourself to the forum.
Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what bikes do you have etc.
We also love pictures.
Not sure about your specific model, but I would suggest measuring the length of cable that you now have and then giving a couple of dealers or spare part retailers and ask them for a clutch cable of that length, most clutch cables are very similar in design so should not be a problem to interchange. You could also do an online search for that particular length of cable, I'm sure something would turn up.
Good luck on the hunt.
Cheers

Here is something pretty close 121 / 112, do not know where you are, but postage looks reasonable
