Your doing Amazing work keep it up! Your craftsmanship is inspiring, and thanks for posting pics of the seat lock up. Is the meteral your using for that derlin or a different plastic? And did you hand cut it aswell?

It's called Acetal, very strong and machines well, I cut it on a mini milling machine I have.

Made a start on the front mudguard.

Paper pattern (6th one lol)

The shape of that fender looks a little awkward. I'm not sure if it is because of the angle of the photo or that it is just sitting on the wheel but it is rubbing me the wrong way for some reason. Have you looked at it with the rounder side forward? Seems like that would mesh well with the other sections of the bike since they tend to have the bulk up front and taper as they go back. Just a thought. Excited to see more shots of it!

I dont peruse the street-fighter section often, but this is the COOLEST build i've ever seen!!

Got the subframe cover finished

Added the 4 inner sections and sanded down
