I thought I would post up some pics of the build, I never give away to many secrets about the bikes I build. Just to say I do all of the work myself, the welding, wiring, bodywork including filling.
The headlights are aztec8 units, 5 3/4 ...the mounting brackets are plastic. I have now replaced them with universal fork clamps bolted to the bottom of the lights.
The battery is a lithium unit....it's great and takes up no space
The mufflers are modified car ones and the seat is part honda and part ducati

The exhausts are ebay specials, they are straight through no baffles. I had new ends welded on to suit the link pipes
