So here's a way delayed update. Built the subframe. Mounted the R1 tail and seat. And mounted some Ducati pipes! Not to mention I re ran all the electrical. Re jetted carbs with 145's and installed them. She runs! Now just to make he legal!

If anyone is following this I am sure you can tell there are a lot of parts I am no longer using. If you need any of the fairing or seat or maybe something else, please let me know before I throw it all away.

What's your seat height at now? I was thinking about doing this but the seat looks like it's sitting a little high for my taste. It's looking pretty damn good though

I would have to measure it. I'm 6'3" and I can just stand flat footed over the seat with about 1/2" between me and my seat. Its quite comfortable for me.

oh ok, yeah i'm 5' 10" and like the stock 30.5" seat height haha. I love the look of it man, you did a damn good job.

Hey thanks a lot man. I didn't have to make it so high and radical but that's how I wanted it and all the lines flow nicely. Not to mention I love how the seat and tail look as if they are floating.
