Aight, we meet at the cyclegear in Mesa to go ride tortilla flats, I'm not gonna go because im still rehabing from the broken back, but I am gonna meet around 11:30 to head down to the races. I don't know whos going to tortilla flats or at what time so i dont want to lock you guys in to that, but otherwise meet us at 11:30 at the cyclegear in Mesa (60 and country club - north) and we'll head to firebird with whoever shows up. send me a pm with your cell and I'll call ya in the morning.

My bad on the ride today guys, had to help my Dad. Hope all went well.

 

yeah i didn't wake up til bout 130 but i got up and went to the races at firebird by myself. there are definately some good riders out on that track, especially the the guy on the 1000rr thats puttin out about 200hp. i was on the 2003 black 600rr, red and black honda jacket if anyone else was there. next saturday would be cool to set up something.

 

Did you go out tot the track on Sunday? There was a guy with a black RR and red jacket parked in the "Honda Section"straight side of thetrack about 3/4 of the way south.

 

When you guys go out to the track do you watch other people are do you get out there? I've never even been to a track so thats why I'm aking, I just ride my bike back and forth to work and whenever else I get the chance. But yeah saturday might be good for me, I might be having my undertail put on and getting that new front tire. Maybe a cruise down to champion honda?

one of my friends and his crew are meeting up at cycle gear round noon saturday and maybe do a ride out around canyon lake. i'ma probably meet up with em and told him i would let the folks on the cbr site know. he said he posted in the kawi forum and his friend posted in the gsxr forum. maybe get alotta folks together for a nice ride saturday.

 

When we went to the track on Sunday, we went to go watch other people race. I hear the races are coming back in May? A couple of us were talking about doing a track day together--basically track day for newbs to track riding. I'm not into getting into racing, but a few track days sounds fun.

Saturday Canyon ride sounds cool, not sure if I can make it though.
