Default STOLEN: 2001 "Lucky Strike" F4i, North Miami

Hey guys,

My bike was stolen last night. It's an F4i with Lucky Strike fairings (please no flaming) in North Miami, near Sun Life Stadium. If you have any info please give me a call (305)775-9097. Here's a picture:

Sorry to hear, and I hope you get it back. Unfortunately this has happened to me too. When I asked the police if I should keep an eye on craigslist or ebay for someone parting it out, he said that usually they just ship the entire bike to some country where they don't bother with things like VIN numbers or titles. Good luck though.

no insurance... you don't need it in FL. and i have an accident on my record, so full coverage would be over $100 a month. the damn bike is 12 years old... glad they got it before I renewed the registration and put new tires on it... I hope they ride it, and the tire blows out.

Police found her today around lunch. Thieves got:

Seat
Front fairings
Headlight and headlight fairing
gauge cluster
Fuel Tank

I was thinking about rebuilding as a street fighter... Making lemonade out of lemons...

Glad they found it! Even if it is short a few bits!

Did they get the thief/thieves?

Cheers, SB

This made my night. lol. good to have a laugh at these things. being stressed or mad about it doesn't hurt anyone but yourself.

did not catch the thieves. Motorcycle theft is becoming a much bigger problem in south florida. I'm thinking i'm just going to clear a space in my house and keep it in there while I rebuild it.
