Default Fork rebuilder around Baltimore, MD ?

I'm looking to get my forks rebuilt this winter and need to find a shop or good person to do it. They need a general rebuild and new springs to fit my fat ***. Let me know

I did find a shop near you. Gimme a few days to dig through my old emails and I will find the info for you.
I hope you're getting new shock too. Uprated springs in the front on stock rear and you WILL run wide in corners.

PM me in a coupla days.

you dont neccessarily need a new rear shock. I did a crap load of research before I changed out my front fork springs. research results were about 50/50 of those that said you had to change front and rear. even asked several "professional" suspension guys that do set ups for the AMA. So, I changed out my just my front, and now the bike handles perfect.

now, depending on just how fat your fat *** is, you may indeed need to swap out the rear. I weigh in at 180lbs with no gear, and went with Ohlins .9 springs up front.

Krash- I wouldn't call 180 fat ***.
I'm 6' and on the heavier side of 210; working down to 195

I'm actually now figuring on doing it myself. I'm mechanically inclined, so I figure I may as well do it myself.

I'm6'3" about 250 geared up. If I remember right Racetech listed .13, .14 and .15 for that weight. I'm gonna do the .13 because once I get a local job I can actually concentrated on loosing some weight. Take it down to 215-220. Last time I tried I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks on nutrisystem, but its hard to stay on that when you travel for a living.

I like my 1.0 springs. They feel good on street and are good for trackdays.
