We are planning a ride in Feb. to Charleston, SC. We are leaving on Friday the 15th and returning on Sunday the 17th. We are going to see the USS Yortown and Fort Sumter. Not really a mountain ride, but a nice easy sight seeing ride. If you are interested let me know.

We are leaving from the buckhead GA area.

 

R u doing highways or backroads to Charleston ??

 

Since we are leaving late we are taking the interstate up there and then back roads back.

 

You know I was thinking of heading to Charleston on that timeframe. I'll probably leave early Friday and planned on riding Solo to clear my head some. But might be able to meetup down there for some rides around Charleston.

Which Buckhead are you leaving from? Buckhead, Atlanta or Buckhead near Madison. I'll be leaving out of Loganville(Between Athens and Atlanta)

Most likely heading down 278 to Madison then take backroads all the way. I've done backroads from Statesboro before and they are nice. Takes longer but worth it 100%.

 

We are leaving from Atlanta. Not doing any riding when we get there. It is more of a sight seeing trip. We are going to see the USS Yorktown. The riding will be on the way back.
