Nice to see someone agrees with me after this: https://cbrforum.com/forum/off-topic...r-time-121884/.
From a purely aesthetic perspective the newer bikes are suffering a number of problems, the most prominent two being paint and the barely existent tail section. I just want to say, "Okay, the fender has been eliminated enough already."
You know what I'd like? The auto industry has seen a recent return to old designs complimented by modern technology. I'd like to see a Honda CBR throwback to the 90s implementing modern chassis and engine design. Give me a new bike with the old paint and plastic. That's something I'd buy.

Its all personal preference. I enjoy and appreciate old/classic cars, bikes, etc just because i think theyre cool and i like seeing where stuff came from and the progession over time but i still like all the modern bikes more just because thats what im really in to. I (usually)like the shiniest, newest, most advanced things whatever the case. But theres still no denying those 900s were cool looking and had a sweet design that was way ahead of its time and way ahead of the other bikes back then and even for some time after. It sounds kind of contradictory but if i had to pick ill almost always go with a newer, sleeker, sportier looking design. Those older bikes are awesome but just dont make me drool the way new ones do
