25% skill, 75% luck......... luck someone didnt sandwich him, cut him off, open a door, make a turn, pull into or out of a parking space.
I'm actually shocked that someone of such obviously depleted mental capacity can even accomplish enough in life to afford him the ability to purchase a motorcycle!

 

I'd give the guy a bit more credit. 50 / 50 luck and skill. He had to have excellent situational awareness and control not to get splattered by his own deranged riding. Then the rest was luck that someone didn't open a door (or one of the other riders didn't throw an elbow)

 

or hit his killswitch at the stoplight

As for the first vid , the guy's a headcase , but in a dangerous way , not funny like the second nutter
