this was psted by this guy daruis hes a stunter, the best in norcal, the shop i go to does his bikes ya'll may have seen him stunt b4, hes awesome. i think he produces all the servin it up vids... i actually had work put on my bike on hold becasue my mechanic went with him to film the new movie coming out... i dont know if my buddy was there or not when this happend.

Wait just a minute! I dunno what you saw but I saw the bike getting rear ended...that's all I need to see. I think, perhaps, the SUV *may* have been going a bit brisk for that corner....I mean to not be able to stop in time or swerve around the bike? Come on!
Additionally, the hambone on the bike is just that, a hambone. I mean, who decides to do tricksin a corner on a traveled road? No me.

It doesn't matter what the bike was doing, it's always the rear-ender's fault. And on top of that..........hit and run (which is HUGE, felony in most states). Does the biker deserve a ticket? Definitely. Does the driver of the SUV deserve to be beat down/thrown in jail? Definitely. I'm glad that wasn't me, I would have chased down that driver and beat the living s**t out of him for hit and run.
