Here's the ones from Sunday the 27th. The weather sunday was supposed to be superb.... high of 60 degrees and sunny.... perfect! So a buddy of mine came over (who also happens to be Jared) and we put together a nice little route then headed out. We left the house at about 10:00 am, got back around 8:00 pm, and covered parts in North Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. It was a great ride..... good times good times

Sat AM, starting point at my house in North Georgia.... Our weapons of choice


1st stop... breakfast


Next stop... Some river access place along Rt. 76 in South Carolina (I forget the name of the river)


There's a kick *** downhill S-curve on 76 coming up to this place




The river is looking just a 'little' bit low. Some nice clear water though!

Next.... Highlands, North Carolina


I love these little old mountain towns!




Next stop was one of my favorites.... Bridal Viel Falls, just north of Highlands, NC. Notice the rainbow in the water.... the sun was just at the right angle

wow.. thats a long trip. i love that waterfall. with some different lighting i bet you could get crazy pictures with that!

how did i know it was jared b4 i looked at the thread posters name.... the title was a big clue.

 

That it is!! I haven't seen too many wooden guardrails myself... usually only at places like state parks and whatnot, where it's like 15-25 mph speed limit. Kinda weird to have them along a main road
