Default Weekend ride pics part one: The search for more covered bridges

Well I did lots of riding this past weekend, and took LOTS of pics so I figured I'd break it into two seperate threads. This is from saturday the 26th.... I went out looking for some covered bridges in my area. For those that remember from my last covered bridge post... I love cool old bridges and pretty much any old buildings or structures. Had a great time... went back to a bridge I had found before but didn't have my camera the first time, then went and found a new one. Looked for a 3rd but couldn't seem to find it

Enjoy!

First stop... Elders Mill Bridge. And yes that's a gravel road after the bridge, lol

Pretty cool! Although I can see what's coming next. You're going to get bored riding around the states and decide to take the F4i on a world tour like that guy a few years back on his R1. Riding through the jungles and rain forest, desert, mountains...haha....you know you want to!

LOL funny you mention that link, as I've had that exact website bookmarked for some time now. That's how I've been finding all these bad boys

Yea it's really cool! It's looooong too, and you can literally walk right up to it to take pics.... pretty sweet. There's another bridge I want to go see soon... it's a little farther south (central GA I think). Most of these bridges were built around Mill areas. There's one where the bridge IS the mill, or should I say the mill is a bridge, lol. It's all in one spot, basically a mill on top of a river (used to drive the mill), and a roadway going right through the middle of the building. Can't drive through that one, but should be able to walk through. I'll have to check it out
