I like it. The fact that it has a matching Helmet is just icing on the cake.

 

I'd sell all the fairings with the helmet for $550, The helmet goes for at least $250-350.. base on the current eBay listing.

good point... thats going to take awhile lol, eventually they will get up for sale because I want a different color scheme. I'm really leaning towards the white repsol kit. I already have a matching helmet and honda jacket from my 01 F4i.


I've been a member for four years.. don't you think that should waive the 100 post prereq.

 

It works with the helmet, without that I wouldn't be a fan of it.

 

Ok, so I made my decision... the helmet is for sale separately on ebay, I hope I get close to what I'm asking because if it sells I will either part these fairings out or sell them to who ever has a reasonable offer. I should break even with the cost of the new set of fairings that I just ordered. I went ahead and ordered the White Repsol kit with a white seat cowl. I'm excited but its probably going to take a month and a half to get here... good thing its not riding season!

Thanks to all who voted. the orange plastics will make a great set of racing fairings for someone! I think $350 for the fairings is fair. What do you guys think? The paint job was probably more like $500 alone lol, but not everyones taste.

Wow. Good call on the White Repsol fairings. Never seen those before. In my opinion those look much better. If you can break even its a no-brainer in my eyes.

 

Ironically my one friend who said "thats the coolest bike I've ever seen, why would you change the fairings"... is THAT GUY, with muscles and sunglases lol but he cant ride a bike.
