I'm going to watch our PD's motorcycle challenge next April. I've seen videos, and MAN! You have to have some serious skill to pull that stuff off.
While the guy in the video above is awesome, the cops here ride Road Kings ([:'(]). I couldn't imagine doing this crap with one of those mammoths.

If you ever have the chance to take a Lee Parks riding class do it. that is what he teaches is bending over anything to the max at very slow speeds, even hogs, and doing well at 25 mph will make you better at 90 mph.
Anyway I took his class this year in Olympia and it was the best riding class I ever attended. for what it's worth
