What a nice thread ... great change of pace from the fireworks we have had recently.

Just two quick things:

1) Bagpipes indeed are from the devil

Yes ... yes it is. I have officially lost my friggin mind [8D] But I maintain bagpipes are from the devil.

 

I always wanted to learn how to play them, but I'm already on my 3rd wife. The first one hated my cello and the second one just hated me.

The present wife (we just had out 10th anniv.) is awesome but bagpipes would be a little bit of a strain. She bought me a $2200.00 classical guitar today, she likes that kind of music coming from the loft.

 

Wow, yeah, ever since you posted that original version, who was it...Segovia...I totally made a Pandora station with him as the lead. Spanish romantic music is lovely.

 

I hate the bagpipes with a passion ..they are nothing but a vexation to the soul ..lol
