Semi-Graphic: How not to lube your chain.
Hope I didn't offend...
I was just thinking why? Is it really that difficult to spin the wheel with one hand and spray with the other? Why start the bike and risk anything. I'd never dream of catching fingers, but the vibrations knocking the bike off the stand would warrant me not to try or think of it.

Someone posted on the forum a few months ago about dooing this, not sure if it's the same guy. He's lucky all he lost were the tips of those fingers, could be a lot worse.
Seriously man, at what point do you think this is a good idea!? How much power do these bikes put out in the rear wheel? How fast does that chain move? AND YOU WANNA STICK YOUR FINGERS IN THERE WHILE IT'S SPINNING!!?? Do you also clean your fan that way? How about the blades on a motorboat?

Ouch. I saw another one like this a long time ago where the guy lost an entire finger that way.
Also, that's why Harley's have belt drives not requiring lube/cleaning, since they would be doing this all the time.
