Default Pic from last weekend's AMA Superbike race...

I went to the race @ Barber last weekend, and this is the only pic I took somehow.....

Superbike Rider Chris Clark #6 Yoshi Suzuki rider - threw the bike away in turn 12 right where we were sitting. He was running about 7th all race, having a good day and just lost the front end. Bike took a bad tumble and was done.

A few minutes after he exited the course with the corner marshals, he came walking down the hill toward the treeline we were sitting in, hops the fence and comes and sits down with the crowd for the last 8 laps of the race.

He was pretty cool - talking to the kids and stuff. Good sport, considering he just threw away a pretty good run.

Def cool of him to spend time w/ the fans. There are many riders like that. Josh Hayes is another down to earth racer. He's done rides w/ fans, hung out at local bike shops, etc.
