I agree with aken here. the street fighter look can look ok when done really really well but imo thats hard to do. this one kinda looks like he just pulled the front and side fairings off. but headlights are always the deal breaker on a bike. its the first thing someone sees when your coming at them. Mama always taught me to make a good first impression

 

i think this change for me is going to be much like my 08 tail everyone said dont do it, it wont look good/right

but when i was done everyone loved it

 

Pretty sure the fairings don't get in the way :

 

they do for visibility.... i feel blinded by the front end of my bike while ridin through corners...

i cant see my front wheel at all... which im not a fan of... haters can hate, hasnt stopped me from doing what i think will look good yet

 

more OT: how does that have anything to do with the d207 tire?? he clearly isnt using those.. just saying

Well - wasn't the 207rr their top of the line street-performance tire at that time? I don't think it is in production anymore.
