wtf?!?! did he really think that DROPPING 4 feet before trying a backflip would HELP?!?! if anything he should have done it straight off the bleachers. maybe then he would have landed on his stomach (which had plenty of padding) not his dome

wow...never have i screwed up on a backflip that bad, my worst was a wall runner...i flipped correctly but for some reason my body kept going forwards and my head clipped the wall pretty hard...still landed the flip though...never did one off a wall since
