I think I am holding a better line than previous rides.

nice safe riding... next time twist the camera mount or pull the camera backwards to get the speedo.

 

dont you just LOVE IT when people cut their grass and shoot an entire yards worth of clippings into the road!

 

I think this past Saturday was Kentucky Lawn Mowing Day.

This was the second 350 mile ride on fresh Diablo Stradas.
Put about 1000 miles on them so far.
Seem to stick as far as Ive leaned them.

I am working on getting a Wide Angle Lens for the video.
Still, 3rd gear at 9 - 12k is fast enough for those roads.

There are some more clips I am trying to stitch into a better "summary".

 

Around here where I live, that is illegal. I live on a country road and the guy up at the end of the road mows his whole front law into the road (ya know, go forward, then back up, go foward until all it at edge). I was coming around the corner NOT being stupid. and my front tire almost washed out. So I stopped, walked up and asked if he knew it was illegal. His response to me was "I don't give a sh*t, now get outta here."

When I drove by the next morning he had a dumptruck full of cow sh*t blocking the end of his driveway will all kinds of grass clipings in it. HONEST, I know nothing about it.

 

yeah everyone on my street seems to do the same thing. i think its ****ty.

21 minutes of riding and you only had to deal with 3 cars. Combined with all those twisties I think you've got the best road in the country!

Favorite parts: the dog @ 18:08 and the bird @ 19:55.

 

I actually had to duck for that bird.
I might have missed it by feet for all I know, but it felt like inches.
We had been riding 8/10ths+ (8/10ths for me anyway) for over an hour straight.
Legs and concentrator were getting tired, and I overcooked a corner on SR22.
"Trail-Braked " myself into the oncoming lane on a tighter than I thought right-hander.
This would have been about 25:05 on the video, but I cut that part out.

There were a few mailboxes and sign posts that I had to move a bit to avoid clipping.
We rode around in the area like that for a few hours. Very little traffic.

Thanx for the ride . Very good video quality ! What encoding bit rate did you choose ? Some of the vdo's I uploaded at 700kbs didn't show on utube / google that smooth.
