Well, we're both right

The 1098 will be available in three versions starting in February. The 1098 Biposto will carry a manufacturers suggested retail price of $14,995. The 1098 S will be priced at $19,995, while the limited edition 1098 S Tri-Colore will be $24,995. The 1098 S Tri-Colore will feature a evocative red, white and green racing livery and a Termignoni performance exhaust system, among other performance enhancements.
The 24995 version has special edition paint. Whereas the 19995 verision is the same bike with regular paint. better be gold paint...

Looks like you're positioned like an 06 RR. I think the RR looks better too.

It's a nice bike, though. Anyone seen the Fischer bike for 2007? Now that's a badass looking new bike.

ORIGINAL: slipper

ORIGINAL: vpsophmore

starting at $14665 for the cheap version 19995 for the expensive ballin outta control version... but anybody who didn't get one on day one will pay over 30k for it
no the 1098s will be 19995. The balla version is 24,995.
The base is $14,995. The S is $19,995. The Tricolore is $24,995.

The 1098 got nothin on the Desmosedici. Ducati is doing a limited run on their moto gp bike which people can buy and ride on the street.

I just read up on the Fisher last week andIm not realy that impressed. It looks different but a little on the cheap side. Anyways lets see how they do on the market.

Here you go, boys... 100% American made. If this bike is half as dependable as my Honda, I'll ride them from now on... Now to just get my hands on one.

I would honestly support these guys knowing that it's the American version. Yeah, they're gonna have their kinks, but all new productions do. If we all got behind them, and allowed them the ability to refine by being loyal...

We could haveserious contender in the metric bike world coming from the states. This is no Buell, this is a Fischer.

Korean made engine, forks, Japanese/Italian brakes, Japanese wheels, and aBritish exhaust. That thing is as American as a H.D.90% of H.D. parts are sourced outside the U.S., it was just assembled here.

It looks BADASS. I like it. NOt in love with the mirrors but te rest is good.
going back to the subject... Doesent the 1098 sound a little under reved. I know its a v twin but still I LOVE the fact that our bikes rev to 15k no problem. any bike engine that revs lower kind of sounds like its short shifted.
