Ha! Being an eighties kid this is almost too easy... actually the thing is when you can ride to pretty much any parking lot and choose, you get picky and nothing you find is quite iconic enough. I was actually trying to find a Ford Sierra but they have finally become rare enough to not see every day. Another one would have been a Corolla DX, preferrably a KE-70 like my first car, none found. Flip light cars are really rare here cause ice destroys the mechanics at winter.

I did find this groovy colored 740, a true eighties car no less.

If the ultimate eighties boy racer was the cossie Sierra, after that, the 300 series beemers and the DX corollas, the third place is rightly earned by the mark 2 Golf. Even I've owned one.

Talking about iconic, how about a quartet of Beetles? Although they can be anything from the sixties to early nineties. Sadly sharing the same fate as most do, destroyed in folk racing.

My 72 was a super beetle. That's too new for me!

I was waiting on the 64 GTO to get here today.....

So, what's next?

Well I don't suppose we would have been that **** about it, after all the MODEL started in the sixties, for all i know that 740 can be a nineties car as well I didn't run the plates, and the golf, just noticed from the picture the lack of the split glass in the driver door = makes it a "Manhattan" a.k.a. early nineties. But the MODEL belongs to the eighties.

So the next one: YBW A LOOKOUT TOWER

Can be for watching forest fires or for tourists to awe around, no matter. Just a some sort of a towerish structure you climb up to see around.

Btw yikes just checked, the beetle was made from 1938 to all the way to 2003!

Can this look out tower be a lighthouse by a body of water?

Oh I know, I normally stick to my 8 megal pixel cell phone pics which turn out to be more than enough but a former high school teacher/friend of mine loaned me his Nikon D5100 and I must take advantage of the situation :hide
