Elaborate a bit, if you would. Are you referring to the single ones that blink, or the huge ones that readout info?

 

I was thinking the little ones that blink but as always I think the challenges are open to interpretation

 

Rode around for a while looking for something worthwhile -- a truck passed me with carrying a bunch of those sawhorses on the back, but by the time I got turned around and went after him I lost him. So this is the best I got: a traffic sign rental place -- you can kinda see all those orange trailers with the moving text lights in the middle of the yard.
