Google image search the phrase. A whole mess of cars have them. Lexus, BMW, Vauxhall, looks like a model of Mustang even came with one.
My only concern with the challenge is that I know some BMW X3's had the option.... But how the hell can you gets it's roof in the picture? Its a few feet taller than the bike

I also thought of the angle issue just later on when I wondered why no one gets this, I see them literally daily (but then again at work I sit a wee bit higher than on a bike
