This seems to be comming up alot lately and really, its not that big deal so this is that last time I'll comment on it I promise ...

The 'challange' is supposed to be the first person to get back and post the picture. Its not supposed to be 'challenging' to simply be able to participate. Its supposed to a 'fun' reason to go for a ride, to encourage particiption, particularly for those of us that work at times that make riding with others difficult. We all know how much fun riding alone in the middle of the week is.

First person to go out, take, and post the picture picks...

Obviously even the most simple challenges can be difficult for someone. that can't be helped, I understand, but the easiest ones are only easy if your lazy or don't really want to ride in the first place. I can say your bike and red car. Now you can pull the wifes red car into the garage next to your bike and take a pic or you can go ride through your local state park for a half hour and try to find one. Your choice. Every challenge pic I posted I probably rode through 2,3 or more opportunities that could simply meet the challenge but I rode on and looked for better chances, or prettier pics, enjoyed the ride or whatever. My choice.

Once we start offering prizes, trophies and money to the winners I'll be all for 'challenges', until then I'd rather opt for fun. Unless fun is sitting at your PC for 3 days waiting for a new challenge, then I guess I'm out.

Anyway, no biggie. These things ebb and flow , I thnink most people agree that its nicer when it 'flows' but all you can do is all you can do. Sorry for the rant, I'm alone in this point of view then I apologize for speaking up. I just like riding more than sitting and waiting.

Carry on all.

NEXT CHALLENGE : YOUR BIKE ON A MOUNTAIN OR SIGNIFICANT HILL.

Yeah, should have been more clear originally. I was going for 1000' above whatever is nominal for you. Doesn't really matter though, I'm sure someone will get a good picture from atop some interesting bit of geography.

Just had to take one picture just for you when I was leaving to work. This is from 5 am this morning:

After careful and thorough consideration, I decided to take the car today...

Come on people, it`s not that hard challenge! Just saw a pair of cranes on a field on my way home...

<Profanity edited out> I wouldn't let my bike sit outside in that, much less ride it. Lol, props to you tho.

Someone get next pic
