so which challenge is it, city view or under a bridge? or under a bridge with a view of the city?

 

[B]929bumblebee's new challenge of - your bike with a city view - was made 4+ hours prior to City Bike Racing's pic.

However, you guys have wanted exceptions b/f... What say you about this one?

(if there's no responses in the next few hrs & in the spirit of keeping it moving along, we'll make a decison)

 

i say that its better to have completed challenges than not. in this case, it was stated that cjardine was interested in getting it before the new challenge was issued. city ended up getting it instead. it was 4 hours, but unless anyone actually got the city view pic in the 4 hours....no harm done. i think we should go with it.
