Apply a little bit of lateral thinking to this challenge. I think maybe a CB50 would achieve this from the back of a Hercules at 10 000 ft.

Yeah, I kind of figured at least one member lived near an air force base, ferrari or caterham dealership, or at least a drag track. Apparently not though.

edit>neglecting air friction, gravity will get you there well under 3 seconds...
