Okay nevermind. Found the sign, but nowhere to pull over and still be able to get a clear shot of the bike and the sign. The sign is in the median and no shoulders on the street.

I always see homeless people, but never really paid attention to them. There were some really bad looking people... it is so sad, I could not take a pic of them. So this is a sort of happy homeless people. They have the tent an sleep in them on the sidewalk
