depends on your definition of sky line i guess.. imo the 1st one has more city skyline with the buildings more visible.. but name the next challenge then if someone challenges it we will deal with it then

I guess in color wheel, white and black is not considered as color. And you are right. I checked it out. Opposite of silver/ grey is different shade lighter or darker silver or grey

 

i thought about how stupid my question was after I said it...

So I wanted to get a picture with one of the town water towers but went to the wrong one. decided not to drive 12 mins to the other one in 20 mph wind and 34 degrees.. so I stopped when I saw this.
