LEDs on ur bike??

Look into what colors are legal to put on your vehicle. Some states are very lax, some are like here in Wisconsin where you can get ticketed just for having a certain color on (blue in our case).
Pick a color that's safe as far as legality, and go for it.
That said, I do still see a lot of bikes with some accent lighting (nothing hardcore) with many colors including blue and don't hear about them getting in trouble often, if ever.

I have the same question myself since the bike I just bought has LEDs in the body. I *think* if ticketed I could prolly argue my way out of the ticket
