Default Isle Of Man TT

If any of you have not seen this race it's worth it as The 2005 TT is the best edition so far. Watching these guys on a closed circuit 37 miles long and hitting 160 mph+ over cobblestone and manhole covers down streets only two cars wide, is beyond awsome. It's well worth renting or purchasing. It is my favorite race of any including GP as these guys are goin all out on regular streets.

Anyway, just felt like sharing. Check it out. The filming was done great, it's like you are there.

Well, I purchased it from Motocorsa, a local bike shop. However you can also go on line and purshase it as well. Just type in 2005 Isle of Man DVD and there are several places to get it.

Or I could send you mine, you could copy it, and send it back. It costs in the store about 34.00 but it has over 3 hours of hard driving racing with bike cams and everything. The worst you will do is enjoy the heck out of it. I mean this race goes on with different bike classes for a week.

Their web site has some short clips you can download, but they are nothing like the footage the DVD has. I highly reccomend it. Some day I'm going there to check it out.

Some bike shops may rent it as well, in which case you could bang a copy. Either way, let me know. I have all the Moto GP collections for the last 5 years too. It's great viewing.

Duke was a good web site. They already have 05 Moto GP.

I thought the Isle of Man was forever. Their schdule goes to 2014. Are they just going to have it at other locations?

The racing in Europe is like baseball or football here. The fans are more numerous, and the riders seem much older. I think they race, sponsor or no sponser. Some of their pit crew members look like thier cousins, neighbor, or something.

2007 is the centenary gonna be one mammoth event. There is talk of stopping the racing because of the safety factor but i`d be very suprised if 2007 is the last.

I heard that 2007 was going to be the last year... But i could be wrong (There is a first time for everything)
I am going to go to the one in Cape Breton. I live in Canda ( although it is still 1000 miles from home)
Should be fun
