That was funny, LOL!!!! I dunno, roads belong to everyone, go actin like a fat retard on a Harley and wind up in the bushes it's your own biz...Plenty of his buddies around to help. If it were only me on the road and some dude went down...of course I'd stop, but crowded road like that, plenty of help, let his ridin buddies scrape him up.
