Eh this video has been debated before. Basically it appears that the car tried to pass someone in front of them at the same time the biker tries to pass the car. Hilarity does not ensue.

I disagree. look at the gap between the cars. at least 30-40'.and the red car swerves fast. either way you look at it the biker was passing with a solid line.

to me it looks like a dotted line on there side solid on the other side...and that red car looks like he meant to do it....

Biker's lane is NOT solid. It has the right to pass the car. And looking at the way he steers... you can easily tell that was intentionally done
