haha i know the bowl cut rocked. i might bring it back. Yeah i had strawberry blonde hair when i was even younger than this then it was like platinum blonde now its dirty blonde/brown. It still gets really light in the summer.

Lessee - dad's bass boat was a 79 model hull, but he bought it new in 81. I was born in 75 so that makes me at least 6 - but I'm wearing my baseball shoes before we were allowed to wear cleats, and I didn't play little league til I was 7. If I were putting money on it, I'd say this was about 1983 & I was either 7 or 8.
Yeah - bowl cut rocked. then later in life I try growing my hair out long and my parents hated it, when I pointed out all my kid pics w/ the long bowl cut, they say something like "but it was cute back then".

Thanks hun! The one picture was from a wedding reception that I was a flower girl in.. And that other pic... my mom used to make me dresses. hahaha And she shopped at the resale shop a lot for my clothes. I think there are various factors to my upbringing... I have other pics of me trying to help my dad remodel the house... running around in a diaper prob sanding some drywall mud... pics of me playing with my toy firetruck... crap like that. When I went through school and couldn't afford all the yuppie clothing brands I just did my own thing... N when I was younger in elementary school the boys had pics of dirtbikes on their desk n my friend's brother n dad raced... I always wanted one.. But seeing how my dad's whole family are chiropractors, my dad discouraged anything that might involve his little girl getting injured. I've always had desires to do crazy things, but had to wait till I could buy these toys myself....
